Boise State had to put up many consecutive years of small conference domination before the committee even THOUGHT about considering them for the national championship game, and that was up until their kicker cost them that chance in their shitty conference championship game.

Nobody cares about UCF. I don't think ANY college football fan other than UCF fans even gave a single consideration to their chances at entering the CFP
