Last Sunday i was forced to use FirstRow because my PIA VPN wasn't working for NFL GamePass. I contacted support, and they requested i file a tech support ticket. I got their response:

It appears that the NFL has taken steps to block abusive IP's, as our customers share the IP's on our servers, and our servers are pretty easy to ID as commercial users, they've taken steps to block almost all, if not all, VPN services, in order to keep their streams from being abused. Unfortunately, there's not much that we can do about this at this time, as this is an endpoint block, and not something we have control over.
