My neighbors are ok but pretty boring. 73 year old next to me, who is from KC and is a Chiefs/Royals fan. I can't be in my garage with the door open doing anything without him coming over. Instead of just waving, he walks right into my garage while I am working on my car. It's actually rather annoying when I am cleaning my car and sweating my ass off in this heat. I don't want to talk. Neighbors on other side is house of 3 girls and a single mom. Very nice, not trashy.

Fat people across the street, last name is Rounds, no shit and all very over-weight. I wish they'd take care of their front yard more but that shit doesn't bother me enough to really care (no Milkman), plus they are ROUND and the one time the lady was out there, it was in a skin tight tank-top with massive sweat wetness going on. I'd rather she just keep her lawn long instead of me looking at that.

Neighbors in back had a ****ing horrible barking dark. Hours at a time. I wrote them a nice but threatening letter about filling a formal noise complaint if their dog kept me from enjoying out backyard. He rarely barks now so I really respect the owners for taking my letter seriously.

Neighbors adjacent to us also have a pool and many times are having pool parties. I think I should just say hey and invite myself over, wife says that's creepy. I say it's creepy having been here 1.5 years and never meeting them.

I'm now the jackass driving a loud car who leaves for work at 5:15 in the morning. I am waiting for a letter to come on that one, although many of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the car so maybe they'll let me keep waking them up 5 days a week!

You don't meet many neighbors outside in Phoenix though because almost no one is ever in their front yard. If they are outside, it's in the backyard. People here stick to themselves very much anyway.
