We lived in a rustbelt community up until ten years ago. Last house we lived in for ten years. First five years, neighbors to our left were empty nesters yet not retired. One night, two guys, one white,one black, came to their front door asking for help or phone use because of a car breakdown. Neighbor says "no, sorry". These guys flip out and go for the storm door, which was locked. Neighbor closes house door n calls cops. They moved soon after, then things got progressively worse.
