His dad is an even worse high school football coach, for anybody who is familiar with Ozark Conference football in Missouri. I think he averaged around 55 throws a game, and ran the ball a total of 40 times all season. Glendale had a relatively talented team, but finished 2-8.

Moral of the story, Mauk should transfer to Hawaii or somewhere to be a starter, and take his dad with him. Everybody wins.
