I also loved the tactical combat scene with Merle. I think he wanted to take out the Governor and make a quick exit, because he had unfinished business and on a half of a bottle of whiskey he went on a mission. The scene was just awesome. How he lured the walkers and rolled out of the car, entered a building that gives him a tactical advantage. He waited for them to start shooting and then he took half of them out without anybody noticing. That was an awesome awesome scene.

The conversation with Merle and Michonne was great too. The episode was definitely about Merle, but he's a great character and it's a good send off and a memorable one. One of the best episodes in series I thought.
