Scotch: Aberlour a'bunadh
Bourbon: Four Roses Small Batch
I have tried just about everything I can find and these are my favorites. The Aberlour is a very unique scotch as each batch is different. They are always cask strength, but always different. my favorite was batch 40 but sadly, can't find that one anymore.
My cabinet also regularly consists of:
Macallan 18
Glenlivet 12, 15 French Oak, & 18
Aberlour 12
Balvenie 12 & 15
Johnnie Gold
Bulliet Bourbon & Rye
Crown
Gentleman's Jack
Jack Single Barrel
