Correct, they talked about this on The Talking Dead. Lizzie had such a disconnect with killing her sister and turning her into a walker that she thought Carol was more upset with her (Lizzie) pointing a gun at her and Tyreese.

All in all it was a great episode and the Lizzie character was a great look into how a child might end up in a zombie apocalypse.
