My money is on #1. We've seen Andy air it out in Philly. We know he's willing. He's coddling Alex Smith.
But we're in year 4 now and this offense is the same suck fest it's always been. Something has to give because there's been very little improvement. We're better at skill positions than we were, better on the O-line and still have a strong core of RB's, yet the results are the same.
The results are the same and the only thing offensively that hasn't changed since week 1 is Alex and Andy. So one of them needs to go, because no progress in 4 years is abysmal.

I can't even tell anymore. Look at those first two passes in the game. I thought for sure that Reid had learned his lesson. And then he tries a swing pass to Charles and Smith ****ing overthrows him. It all went downhill from there.
