I'm not sure what you would prefer from Salvy, .255, 20 home runs, or .290, 10 home runs. It sure seems to me he is focusing on pulling the ball more and more, instead of just going with the pitch and trying to play all fields for average. His plate discipline just seems to be getting worse and worse as the year goes on. Someone told me today that he has had 2 walks since the ASG. I hope catcher fatique is some of the reason, because he is certainly regressing on his plate approach.
