I wonder what would have ultimately happened had they arrested him.
Obviously the course of events that particular day would have changed and I very much believe Kasandra Perkins would still be alive.
Would she have left him? Or would she have come back to him, ultimately leading to the same result? Too bad we'll never know and too bad she never had the chance to make that decision.
Those cops have to feel like complete shit now.
