First off, I never once said Aaron Rodgers was a lot like Alex Smith. That's ridiculous. I said Aaron Rodgers tends to hold the ball too long, a lot like Alex Smith. How that got twisted into something else is par for the course, though.

I have maintained that Tom Brady is the 2nd best QB I've ever seen. So people try and paint things like I think Tom Brady sucks. No. Not true.

Aaron Rodgers was very impressive this year and very impressive today. I have always had him as a top 5 QB but I wanted him to start taking less sacks before I tier'd him up the Brady / Manning tier. Today, I was laughing about his calf injury because I knew it wasn't going to hinder him at all.

And I still maintain that I would take Russell Wilson over Aaron Rodgers. They are #1 and #2 on my list for 2015. I certainly understand this isn't popular and people perhaps find it to be crazy, but whatever. I'm allowed to have my own opinion. If Russell wins the Super Bowl this year, back to back, isn't he basically exactly what Tom Brady was 10-13 years ago? This Manning / Brady debate stems back to when Brady was more of a game manager who played his best football *allegedly* in big games. Isn't that exactly what Russell Wilson has done?

As for Luck. Sure. I'll tier him up to around top 5 NFL QB. But people need to stop pretending like he's a 1 man team. He had all freaking day to throw in two straight playoff games and his defense played extremely well in two straight playoff games. The idea he is single-handedly winning games for the Colts is/was and continues to be ridiculous.

QB's I'd take for ONE YEAR in order for 2015 (as of now, subject to change, per usual):

1. Wilson
2. Rodgers
3. Brady
4. Roethlisberger
5. Luck
6. Peyton
7. Brees

and I still refuse to put Flacco in my top 10 because I don't understand why he's so mediocre in the regular season, why his team always needs three things to happen in the final week to clinch a playoff spot, and why it always seems to work out. **** that. Yes, he looked good. But if he's truly elite, he'd start winning divisions every year like Tom, Peyton and Aaron have been doing for years now.
