I Saw the Devil - 9/10. As far as revenge movies go, no one has done them better than the Koreans, and this is no exception. From the same director as A Bittersweet Life and The Good, The Bad, The Weird, Kim Jee-Woon. It wouldn't surprise me if this is the guy that Tarantino will be "influenced" by in years to come.
The leads should look familiar if you've seen any of the cult classics from Korea in the past 10 years. Choi Min-Sik, who also starred in Oldboy, is completely awesome as the killer. In parts he is as interesting a character to look at as De Niro in Cape Fear as he just has that charisma and sliminess about him.
It's a very entertaining bloodbath, probably one that will be rumored to be remade by a big US studio for the next 10 years. I highly recommend it.
