Not that I've ever seen. Nor would it seem to make much sense. Tywin's wife died giving birth to Tyrion, which is one reason why Tywin isn't a fan of Tyrion's.

While Selmy discusses how King Aerys lusted for Tywin's wife, but there's no suggestion that he ever actually slept with her. Also, I believe Tyrion was born at Casterly Rock, and there's no hint that she and Aerys were within the same zip code nine months earlier.

Unlike the situation with Jon, there are no hints that would lead to this belief that I'm aware of.
