Let's not act like Law is speaking from consensus on Tillman and Shoop.
Tillman is far from the first post-hype guy to have a great half season. His K rates and BB rates improved, yes, but he also had a .222 BABIP, which is a far cry from sustainable. Even Luke Hochevar had a great 15-start stretch in him at one point...
And as for Schoop, sorry, don't see it with the guy. He didn't look so hot in his first go at the critical AA jump.
So Law might think it's too much for Butler... I think it's far, far too little. And Royals fans wouldn't be alone in that.
