I was wondering why they felt the need to go back to the Gillian story, because I was sick of her a while ago. I guess now we know. Good way of explaining how Nucky came to be what he came to be.
The young adult Nucky did a good Steve Buschemi impression, but WTF was with those teeth? They barely could fit in his mouth. They were just hilariously ridiculous. I mean, Bushemi's teeth are crooked, but they're not gargantuan-makes-Elway's-teeth-look-tiny teeth.
