I've seen you be just as "militant" over in the DC forum. The only difference is you don't say "Die in a fire," which shouldn't make you any better or worse. You still endlessly troll people and make sarcastic bitch remarks just like I do when you encounter something you find ridiculous.
What you're advocating for when you wish the Geno mafia weren't so "militant" is that the Geno fans would respect the opinions of people like RunKC even though those opinions ****ing suck.
The best lesson I ever learned came in high school English class. My teacher taught us that the "No opinion is wrong" mantra shoved down our throats by the happy hunky-dory everybody-gets-a-ribbon folks is ****ing wrong. You CAN have a wrong opinion. It happens all the time. Opinions can suck, and sometimes they're not even opinions if they're REALLY ill-supported.
So get off whatever high horse you THINK you're on when it comes to the evil Geno mafia. You're just as ****ing bad.
