I think that for every 10 years you go without needing insurance but paid for it. You should get half of your money back.
It shouldn't be about your ****ing zip code. It obviously doesn't affect me, I'm obviously in the 1% for driving.
Getting a ****ing ticket obviously doesn't increase my chances of getting in an accident.
