I don't like the idea of flying the same banner twice (seems like a waste of money to me). although the options for the new banner were terrible. At least we will have the blackout going for us to top the banner message.
Next banner message needs to be GOOD. There were plenty of good ideas in the original thread that got ignored that were FAR better than the ones that made this last final vote.
