No, the FAs will enter the market in groups over time. Each one will stay a FA until no one outbids the high bid for a couple of days, when that happens, the FA moves to the winner's roster. So one FA COULD be on market for that long if the bidding is slow, but doesn't ever stop long enough for someone to win, but I doubt any of them go that long.
