The man needs help in a big way. He is still pretty young and he will cause a lot of problems if this is not addressed.
He seemed to have a pretty level, unruffled response to it:

My guess would have been roid/testosterone rage. But that may have been an early symptom. This last episode with the paranoid delusions is on a whole other level. It sounds really bad.
