I haven't read the thread, so forgive me.
I don't think ANYONE hates the team.
I think what some folks hate is that we have a defense producing at a historic level, and it's very likely going to get wasted against playoff teams because our offense isn't up to the task.

There are no guarantees. This might be it, and people are disappointed that one player - at the most important position in professional sports - is likely going to keep the team from meeting their goal.
