I don't think this guy's off the board but I really think he should be, so I'm going to double up on positions again:
The Carolina Panthers select Jeff Fuller, WR, A&M. Very big, very fast, pretty raw but has time to learn behind Steve Smith. He and Childs could do a ton of damage in the future.
