I have started exercising. Starting small. Walking on tread mill at a decent rate. Getting the heart rate up a little. Attempting sit ups and doing a lot of stretching.
biggest thing since summer vacation started--One bottle of Dew a day instead of two. (16.9 oz) Still need the caffeine for now. The issue is stress from the day of teaching. I need to find a decent replacement for soda.
