If they're not going to take Geno at No. 1 (which is blatantly obvious), then a trade down is the best bet. Unfortunately, I have a hard time seeing teams wanting to trade up to No. 1. Unless the Chiefs can convince people they're going to take Geno Smith at No. 1 still, why would a team need to trade into No. 1?
It would cost less to trade into No. 2, and that still puts you ahead of the Raiders (with either one of the 3 nearly identically graded LTs off the board or one of the many nearly identically graded DTs off the board).
