Still, I think I know what you mean. It's every man's right to bitch about something, somewhere, sometime. The fact that other people feel it's somehow necessary to bitch about the initial bitching could well be (and perhaps should be) also considered a God-given and inalienable right. However, it needs to stop there. Otherwise, the perpetual daisy chain of bitching might never end and while we're busily attempting to keep track of whose turn it is through the use of psychiatric science, macro-enabled spreadsheets, and the most recent, available weather charts, the Chinese will be at our throats.
