That Deb finds Dexter killing Chase at the end, and that Quinn knows all about Dexter's exploits now.

However, possibilities still exist for

Lumen taking the fall (who Deb was pointing her gun at)
Quinn letting things "go" due to his affection for Deb
Quinn taking the fall for RoboCop's death (blood on the shoe), he placed a cell phone call from RoboCop's last location.
Quinn getting shitcanned for the wiretaps signed out by RoboCop

Or, Emily goes down as the vigilante woman, Chase takes the rap for killing her, and her "helper" is never known.

I think #3 and 5 are most likely, but 5 more than anything. It is the first thing thought of when I saw the blood trail from her house.
