You are ignorant because you are overly judgmental and haven't the slightest idea of the many different factors and interactions that play a part in a person's bad habits involving food. There are plenty of people that are just lazy or don't make the effort. But there are also plenty of people for which it is simply much more difficult and furthermore there are plenty of people who have deeper issues beyond the weight that is actually the underlying problem. For these people, weight is not their biggest problem or top priority. It is simply a negative affect of the other things they are dealing with.
