I read the first two or three of those, then I lost interest. I'll probably come back to it when the series is finished. I have a real problem maintaining interest with serial publication (I'm struggling with Song of Ice and Fire, which is one of my favorite series of all time). I want to know that I can sit down and read the complete body of work at a time and not have to wait 2 years for another series and get out of the groove.

I like series, I just want them to already be done when I start reading them. This has been a problem for me for The Dark Tower, Wheel of Time, and now Song of Ice and Fire.
