I made bullets today. Woohoo!
Very involved, meticulous process. Can't imagine what a pain it would be without the tricked-out Dillon press.
One thing that's neat - we ordered bullets from a company called Bayou Bullets - they're coated with a dry lube which makes them green. So completed rounds in the brass cases look like festive Christmas rounds.
And on an unrelated note, I when I replaced the gas block on my AR a few months ago I didn't tighten it down sufficiently. It had come lose and I would have been looking at a major failure soon. The first symptom of this problem was the breech not staying open after the last round fired - good think I had my gunsmith check it out.
