Started playing bass back in the late 60s. I was working at a dinner theater (lighting) and this guy Ray Evans and his band was performing there. Come to find out, he had written the theme to "Bonanza". After the show, I went to the stage and began talking to the band. I mentioned that I really liked the Bass and his player says "Here - try it out"..I was hooked after that. Been playing ever since. I have went through (seems like) hundreds of rigs since them, but there are what I play now.
