Self-preservation does not justify murder. I understand that you and the other Heisenberg defenders think that it does, but it doesn't.
Planning and ordering the killing of Gail just to save his own skin does not excuse the act. Saying "OK Todd, your killing of the kid on the motorbike was just fine" is not OK.
That's the difference between Jesse and Walt. It's why Jesse is a tortured soul and Walt is a sociopath. Walt truly doesn't give a damn.
