Squatted 195 for three reps last night. New PR there. There's another girl at the gym who deadlifts 225 like I want to be able to. She was squatting across from me and asked me how much I was going to do when I was putting 10s on to get to 175. We talked for a few minutes. Deadlifts are just her thing, and she wishes she could squat better. Squats are my thing, and I wish I could deadlift better. She has little range of motion in her ankles though, where I will get better on my deadlifts.
I want this chick's arms though. However, I did have a guy I dated compliment me on my back and shoulders once. Best compliment ever.
