But our facilities and financial commitment significantly lags behind the elite programs, including the majority of the SEC. Also the fan support is nowhere near SEC level; I believe our attendance would be dead last in the SEC. In my opinion, we need some new blood in the program. Jamieson has done a lot for the program but it seems like it is time for a change. I'd like to see us promote a top assistant from one of the better SEC programs.

The answer to Missouri's baseball program problems currently resides in Manhattan, KS: Brad Hill.
Though I hear now that he's hoping to angle for a "big-time" job if he leaves KSU. Which probably is not Mizzou.
Hill is awesome. Great baseball mind, program builder, great coach, develops his assistants incredibly well.
