I've never used that one. There is one at a hospital in the south eastern part of Los Santos, that's the one I normally get. They occasionally spawn up at the Sandy Shores airfield too.
Whenever I need a chopper I just call Merryweather for the Helicopter Pickup and just shoot the pilot and take the chopper. You can get put on their blacklist if you shoot enough pilots but it only lasts an hour or so.
