Have you tried booting with no Hard Drive installed? Do you have another older drive for porn storage? Dumb question but, have you tried re-seating the video card and making sure the connection from the PSU to card is secure? I've had an issue like this before with a friend and it ended up being he had a wacky ass wire management system and he loosened the pin to the video card when drive swapping.

Before all that, pull the battery on the mobo and leave it out for around 15 minutes to ensure you've reset the CMOS.
