Handy tips for doing this:
You'll need a heat gun ( a blow dryer works, but takes longer and is less precise).
One of those little handheld thermometer guns comes in handy too.
Most of the glass kits come with some little cheapy tools - a screwdriver, some guitar picks, and some little pry bars.
If you aren't sure about this, there are tons of videos on youtube showing how to replace the glass.
Make sure the LCD beneath isn't broken. Replacing that is a different and more expensive matter. If it's only the glass/digitizer, then it's an easy replace.
Before attempting to remove the shattered glass, put some packing tape over the top of it. This will help keep all of the glass shards together as you pull off the broken glass. This is VERY helpful.
