Here's how mods feel about banned people... it's hard to keep them out if they really, really want to be here. If somebody comes back with a mult, we leave them alone as long as they fly under the radar. If you idiots want Hootie to be here then let him continue to fly under the radar. If you want him to be gone then start making demands and bumping old threads about it to draw more attention to the fact that a long-term banned person is back as a mult. Your choice. Get a clue.
