biggest thing since summer vacation started--One bottle of Dew a day instead of two. (16.9 oz) Still need the caffeine for now. The issue is stress from the day of teaching. I need to find a decent replacement for soda.

Good luck. Don't get discouraged, don't get down on yourself. Just keep telling yourself you're a little bit better than you were the day before. You've got the right mindset. of easing yourself into it. If you can kick the soda pop demon for good, you'll be amazed at how much weight you'll lose and how much better you'll feel.
Baby steps.
