Another time skip with Caesar greyed and mentally more evolved with him living up to his namesake and expanding his rule throughout the world and more internal strife like any political realm and other apes on other continents inheriting the viral change have conflict with Caesar's ideals and rule, and James Franco could be involved because he wasn't necessarily "offscreened" and died.
