Like others have said, the only problem is onside kicks. If you're down 14 with 2 minutes to go there's zero chance to win. Yeah the chances now are still really small, but it does happen, and we all still watch the game because there's a slim chance for a miracle.

I doubt that onside kicks will be eliminated but any element of surprise would be gone
