Golden Ox October 7, 2017 · Kansas City, MO · Hello! Here's an update: all essential systems have been updated and installed (woohoo)! The exhaust system for the wood burning grill alone is something of awe. (You can see it mounted on the roof of the brewery next door). Next step is flooring and finishing the interior. People, we are getting close! BUT, still much work needs to be done. Although, nothing nearly as substantial as what we had to surmount thus far. We are definitely under 6 months out.
