Between coaches, teachers, youth program counselors, etc and anyone else who may have had an interest in him.... there is simply no ****ing way that he didn't get enough support and advice to know better than to make piss-ass choices. That's the society we live in today.

Did he gave a **** enough to care or listen? The support was there. I have little doubt in my mind about that.

Now if someone hears it and chooses to ignore it.....that's a problem with that person....not the hardships his life brought him.
Agree 100%.

Especially a guy like him who has probably been a star athlete since at least Jr. high.
