In the battle of the blondes, Florida and West Virginia move on. Miss Arkansas claims a wild card slot, and Miss Virginia goes back to Dixie.
While I like Arkansas a lot, she and Tennessee knock my favorite, Miss Kentucky, out of the tournament, and that's just not right. It's ... just ... not ... right ... that Kentucky is out of the tournament. I may write her a letter to console her.
