I assumed next season. But the preview for next week shows Jaime in what appears to be King's Landing. So... who know? Doesn't Ygritte die in the book before Joffrey, though?

I believe they show runners have said that they'll begin putting the beginnings of books 4 and 5 in season 4 as well as the end of book 3. I wouldn't be surprised to see maybe some of the King's Moot stuff and maybe some of Arya in Braavos, as well, next season.
