That's good shit. Down about 11 lbs in 2 weeks and strength is maintaining. Weighed in the upper 180's now. I'll be interested in to here my guys comments tomorrow when I do my 2 week check in
I'm over 4 weeks out now and probably 10lbs or less to go. Thinking about doing a carb up day to fill out and see what I'll look like at this reduced BF. Any suggestions on amount and type of carbs to use? I'll do a quick snap shot when I get home to compare to my photo posted on 09-20 when I was about 201ish
