I've talked about Kroenke's move to LA since 2010. St. Louis was always a pawn in his scheme.
But he's building a palace, has deep pockets and generally stays out of football decisions. For those reasons, he'll attract high profile people and will likely, at some point, win big.

If he showers enough soulless ****s and/or attention whores with money, he might finally get some broken down hack like Sean Peyton to show up and bask in the unearned attention that comes entirely from being in a major media market.
He's not a good owner just because he managed to get the NFL to allow him to move to a major market after pissing on the city his squad was located in for nearly a decade.
