Seems pretty generous of them to keep you on board when they could hire someone to take your position who would be twice as productive.
You should pay your kid $20 to do the lawn and when he quits halfway through, tales the money, and tells you that you don't do anything for him anyway... tell him good job, you'll give him $30 next time.
