The Nolan movies were outstanding. I loved Supes 1 and 2. The first Burton Batman was great. Hell, I even liked Forever. Unlike a lot of people here, I really enjoyed what they did with supes in Man of Steel.
I get this feeling that if they followed the comics 100% I may not have enjoyed them as much.

this has nothing to do with "following the comics," this is about fundamentally changing core elements of what makes iconic characters who they are and shitting all over half a century of history. None of that garbage is Batman. Were some of them good or at least entertaining? Maybe, but still not
