There was an investigation. They just took no action. Now, someone is going to be asking those investigators.......a kid gets a scar from his Dad, who admits he did it and you just let it go? Is that the normal procedure or is it because it was a famous NFL player?
You beat a kid, one year later you can still go to jail.
You can go to jail based on evidence not what some witness determines is inappropriate.
This is the worst PR statement I've read in a long time.
